Yes, at RESTOCK3D we want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their goods. That being said, any brand new products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your product. Products must be returned in their original brand-new condition and packaging. Items must be returned to RESTOCK3D within 30 days, including time it takes for return shipping.
Returns/exchanges are NOT accepted for sale/clearance items.
RESTOCK3D reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges if they do not meet the above requirements.
[ WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES FAULTY ]
In the event that a product arrives faulty or has an issue, please reach out to our customer service at . We will work with you to rectify any issues with your product, including the exchange or return of a product.
[ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN TO PROCESS ]
Once the product is returned to RESTOCK3D, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the product/s and process your return. You will receive an email indicating that your return has been approved and is in process. Returns will be refunded back to the original payment method; and depending on the payment method, it may take up to 10 business days to receive the refund.
[ AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COST ]
Yes. RESTOCK3D is not responsible for the return shipping cost and will not reimburse you upon issuing a refund. It is your responsibility to cover the shipping cost and ensure the appropriate shipping service is chosen in order for the product to reach RESTOCK3D within the 30 day time period.
**We recommend that you ship WITH TRACKING to ensure that your package does not get lost or stolen. RESTOCK3D is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during return shipping. If we do not receive your order within the 30 day time period and no tracking can be provided, RESTOCK3D may deny the refund claim.
